In 2026, I’m focused primarily on syntactic anaysis of historical languages (Latin, Greek, Hebrew, Aramaic).

Exploring complex text corpora

I’m beginning to apply syntactic analysis in particular in these projects:

  • a digital Complutensian polyglot Bible: digital resources for both experts and novices, supporting aligned multilingual reading.
  • the Homer Multitext project: a personal site about how I work with the Homer Multitext project’s digital archive

Some hobby coding

Annotate media files:

  • imageviewer: light-table and image browsing apps in self-contained HTML files
  • audioplayer: a self-contained HTML file to browse and play audio files in a local file system

Calendrically scheduled readings:

  • rcl: data resources and a web app for reading in the Revised Common Lectionary.
  • parshah: data resources and a web app for the weekly parshah and haftarah readings.
