At a Surrogate’s Court, held in the County of Washington, at the Court House n the Village of Salem, on the 24th day of April, 182

Present - the Surrogate.

In the mater of the administrawtion of the goods chattels & credits of Lydea B. White deceased.

On the application of a creditor of said deceased

Ordered that a citation issue to the next of kin of Lydia B. White deceased, requiring them to show on MY 31 at court in 1882 cause why letters of adminitration of the goods, chattels & credits of said deceased should not be granted to Edmund H. Gibson, a creditor who has applied therefore.
